Overview

Charge Inventory builds the system refrigerant inventory component by component (vessels, heat exchangers, piping) using saturation properties at each component’s operating state and editable liquid-fraction assumptions that follow common PSM/RMP charge-estimate practice. The total is checked against the federal thresholds that drive compliance scope, plus the ASHRAE 34 refrigerant concentration limit for the machinery room, and comes out as a report ready for review.

• Compliance package export: one document assembling the charge inventory, PSM/RMP/EPCRA thresholds, relief sizing, machinery-room ventilation and vessel data into a single filing record, opened in the browser and printable to PDF. It draws from whichever tools have been run this session and prints a completeness banner naming every section nothing has filled in, so a gap in the record is visible rather than silent
• Holdup basis and circulation ratio: Lockhart-Martinelli, homogeneous or a fixed fraction for wet-suction and overfeed rows, with the controls appearing only when the sheet actually carries a row that uses them
• Component-by-component inventory with per-row liquid-fraction assumptions

How to use it

   Click Charge Inv. on the RIME ribbon (Refrigeration panel).

2. 2

   Add components with their volumes and operating states; adjust liquid fractions per row.

3. 3

   Enter the machinery-room volume to include the RCL concentration check.

4. 4

   Open the Report view: thresholds, verdicts, and the total inventory in one place.
